Services.

I believe that the relationship between client and therapist is paramount to success and growth in therapy. That is why I offer a free 30 minute consult for anyone interested in becoming a client. You are the expert on yourself and I strive to put my clients at the center of their own healing.

Adults

I offer individual sessions for adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, life transitions, parenting, and relationship struggles. Even within individual therapy, I operate from a systemic perspective, meaning that I see you in the context of your life and relationships.

Teens

Teens, I see you. I love working with middle-schoolers, high-schoolers, and those entering their first few years of adulthood because you have some of the most intense stress and pressure placed upon you and yet you are so incredibly strong, passionate, insightful, and creative. I feel it is my job to help you look within to develop your identity and hone healthy skills and coping strategies as you move through your teens and into adulthood.

I have special training in working with trauma but I also work with anxiety, depression, peer conflict/stress, family stress, gender identity and sexual orientation exploration, and phase of life transitions.

Kids

I believe in the power of play and the incredible resiliency of children. I have experience with play therapy and provide an enriched environment for children to work through their anxiety, fears, and/or trauma.

I work with children aged 4+ and require that parents are available during therapy sessions.

Couples and Families

I see couples who are looking to strengthen their relationship, adapt to a new phase of life, or repair fractures in their partnership. My aim in couples therapy is to create a safe environment for each individual and for the relationship. I help couples by facilitating healthy expression of hopes, wants, needs, desires, and boundaries.

I also see families in all of their shapes and forms. Often I see the most growth when families participate in therapy together.
